Eligibility and agreement
You must be at least 18 to create or use a swave account. Keep your account information accurate and sign-in secure. Choosing a username does not grant ownership of a brand or another person's identity. The service operator's legal identity and contact details are pending and must be supplied before public launch.
Listening together
swave connects listeners through shared recording rooms and scheduled, curated drops. Without an eligible Apple Music subscription and separate music authorization, listening uses available previews. Full-track availability depends on Apple, your subscription, region and browser. Synchronization and background playback can be affected by networks and devices. swave does not grant music copyright or redistribution rights, and provider terms continue to apply.
A respectful community
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, spam, share illegal material or publish another person's private information. Do not circumvent blocks or access controls. You remain responsible for your stories and messages and must have the necessary rights to share them. You give swave only the permission necessary to store and display your content within the service according to your settings; this does not transfer ownership.
Privacy and moderation
Public room messages are visible to visitors even when your identity is hidden. Accepted connections are required for direct messages. You can block or report listeners. The operator may restrict accounts or remove harmful content, subject to applicable law and a contact/appeal process that must be finalized before launch. See the Privacy policy for processing and visibility choices.
Your account and content
You can export your data and permanently delete your account from My profile. Deletion also removes your connections and entire shared direct conversations, messages that structurally mention you, and any curated drops you created. It does not cancel an Apple Music subscription or erase independently held copies. Disconnect Apple Music separately using its connection control to revoke browser music permission.
Availability and your legal rights
The service and music catalog can change or become temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your data protection rights. Governing law, operator details, dispute contact and any commercial conditions must be finalized with qualified counsel before launch.
Changes
Material changes will be identified by a new version and presented for acceptance. Accepting terms and acknowledging the privacy notice does not automatically consent to optional location access, push notifications or Apple Music authorization.
